One of the biggest problems facing any new comer to the web world, is making their website look great, with very little design skills. I’ve been doing this game years, and my designs are still VERY BAD!, I code html in a text editor, and understand most of it 
, but design wise I just can’t get my head around it
If you’re like me, and have a bad eye for design, I can recommend boxedart.com for pretty much most of your design needs. I’ve been using boxedart.com for years and build lots of sites with templates based on designs found on boxedart.com
You pay a fixed fee each year, and can use as many templates as you want, so instead of paying for each template, I login every few weeks, grab any new templates that I like the look off, then build affiliate sites around the theme of the template.
